Shipping
We ship to the US & US Territories normally within 1-3 business days via FedEx or UPS. If for some reason you receive your products in a damaged state or your products are incorrectly filled per your order, contact us immediately. Leave the items in their original packaging and they will be picked up and the correct items will be resent to you as soon as possible. Likewise, if your package gets lost, please contact us as soon as you realize this - within 2 weeks of the expected arrival date. If you do not contact us promptly, we are not responsible for loss or damage.
International orders
Mooseberry Soap Co LLC is interested in doing business with established companies and distributors around the world.
All International orders including any requests for samples must be prepaid via wire transfer. You will be charged for samples based on our sample pricing and this will include the wire transfer fee.
We will not entertain your requests to transfer large sums of money to our accounts. Please do not contact us for such scams. Likewise, if you are on the US Embargo list, we will not be doing business with you. This includes all orders from West Africa based.
We ship via Fedex, UPS or other carriers we have business carrier relationship with. We will add 15% to any shipping costs that include arrangements for transport. We will use your shipping account whenever possible and all shipments must be prepaid via wire transfer.
There is an $800 prepaid minimum for all international shipment orders. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production on large orders. Soap needs to cure, especially your custom made soap and soap product orders.
We are happy to discuss private labeling for your shipments.

Returns
Once an order has been submitted for processing, we will not be able to change it but you can place a new order with additional items and this new order will also include new shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
